Each concierge subscription is valid for one full year from the activation date.

- Your Community purchases the one-year concierge service subscription on behalf of the new resident or adult child.
- Your community activates the one-year service subscription by entering the unique community code to the new resident or adult child’s CLC App. Alternatively, the resident or adult child may call the concierge service to provide the unique code verbally.

In order to renew with preferred Connected Living pricing, Connected Living will contact member with special code at annual renewal time. Annual renewal fee is billed to member’s personal credit card. Pricing may vary for second year membership.
