  • Your Community purchases the one-year concierge service membership on behalf of the new resident or adult child.
  • Your community activates the one-year membership service by entering the unique community code to the new resident or adult child’s CLC App. Alternatively, the resident or adult child may call the concierge service to provide the unique code verbally.
  • Concierge service is available by phone or email, 24-7, on-demand for one year from date of activation.

  • Renewal
