Ambassadors

The Connected Living program will support your community’s residents and staff through friendly onsite Ambassadors. Ambassadors are specially trained to work one-to-one with your residents and staff. Their patience, creative ideas, engaging examples and ongoing support encourages online activity and maintains positive activities.

When we’re not there, you’ll be connected to remote Ambassadors at the Connected Living Center -- just a toll-free phone call away! The Connected Living Center provides:

• Telephone support seven days a week for residents and family members
• A specially trained team ready to answer questions, whether related to the Connected Living Network, scheduling an Ambassador or class time, or simply answering general technology questions.
• Security and confidence to help residents live a “Connected Life” well beyond the computer lounge time.

At the Connected Living Center, there are never recordings, long phone messages or lengthy wait times. Just well trained, caring team members who provide your residents with “high-touch” support. They can help you...

• Learn to explore the Internet
